EuropaNum in a Nutshell !

eIDAS 2, NIS 2, AI Act, Data Act... Europe is building the most advanced digital fortress in the world. For French stakeholders, this represents an immense compliance challenge, but above all, an opportunity for secure business.

EuropaNum is a non-profit association acting as a bridge between European regulations, technical standards, and your business reality.

  • Cybersecurity (NIS 2) & Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) : Protecting your organization and the liability of your executives.
  • Digital Identity (EUDI) & Trust Services (eIDAS 2) : Integrating new Wallet opportunities and mastering trust services—such as Qualified Electronic Archiving (CEN/TS 18170) or European Electronic Ledgers—to digitize your processes with indisputable legal value.

  • We defend French interests within European bodies (CEN, ETSI) to build strategic autonomy, while influencing ISO to ensure the consistency of your activities internationally.

Statutory Purpose of the Association

The main object of the association is to support public bodies and private companies in understanding, integrating, and implementing European regulations and directives in the digital field. The association covers, notably but not exclusively, the following texts: NIS 2, eIDAS 2, DORA, AI Act, Data Act, DSA, DMA, GDPR, and the Cyber Resilience Act.

More specifically, the association's mission is to :

  • Explain and demystify the national implications of European texts for economic and political decision-makers.  
  • Train and support French stakeholders regarding implementing acts and the technical standards derived from these regulations.  
  • Actively participate in European and international standardization.  
  • Promote constructive digital sovereignty by working towards alignment and interoperability between European standards (EN) and international standards (ISO), to foster the competitiveness of French companies abroad.  
  • Produce reference content (white papers, infographics, watch reports) and organize events (conferences, working groups) to encourage the exchange of best practices.
